Job Responsibilities:

- Develop operational plans for mining projects based on geological findings.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and organizational safety standards.

- Liaise with key stakeholders, including local communities, government officials, and environmental groups.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mine Manager or in a similar role.
- Thorough understanding of the mining industry and relevant regulations.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage and lead teams in challenging work conditions.
- Degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
