Our client is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead their textile manufacturing firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the board of directors and the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, implement, and direct the organization's operational and fiscal function and performance
- Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company's plan for growth
- Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning
- Develop credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends
- Enhance and/or develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation
- Establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges
- Provide technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field; a master's degree is preferred
- Extensive experience in leadership roles within the textile industry
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
- Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
