La Residence Phou Vao, A Belmond Hotel is currently seeking a Food and Beverage Manager with a positive attitude, possess strong character and result oriented in food and beverage background to drive the team.
The Assistant Bar Manager will support the Food and Beverage to meet the goals of the business by providing functional leadership to the Beverage operation. To co-ordinate functions and Famp;B activities with others department as appropriate.
Requirements
- Graduated from any university as per the standard of our country`s education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Assistant Bar Manager or Bar Supervisor
- Must have excellent cocktails, Spirits and wine knowledge
- Must have a friendly and outgoing personality, and be genuinely interested in meeting and serving new guests from all over the world.
- Must be resilient, even-tempered and calm under challenge.
- Must have good leadership skills, demonstrating an ability to coach the team and take responsibility for guiding and developing their performance. Must be able to motivate and inspire other people to perform.
- Must be able to adapt positively and quickly to new situations. Must be able to multi-task, and handle more than one activity at a time.
- Must be flexible and able to act using own initiative. Must be able to plan ahead, and develop contingency plans.
- Must be able to communicate status quickly and effectively.
- Must be passionate about improving guest service and continually improving the operation.
